MALA MOGODU(KUTTELN)REZEPT
Zutaten:
1kg Kutteln (Rindfleisch)
Wasser
1 Zwiebel, gehackt
2 Esslöffel gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer
3 Esslöffel Paprikapulver
Salz
Anweisungen:
Waschen und schneiden Sie Ihre Kutteln in Stücke, bedecken Sie die Kutteln mit Wasser, bringen Sie es zum Kochen und köcheln Sie es drei Stunden lang.
Zwiebel, , Pfeffer, Salz und Paprika nach Geschmack zugeben.
Weitere 30 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Kutteln durchgegart sind.
Mit Pap oder Samp servieren.

Wir sind durch folgende Dörfer gefahren Vaalvydiaa, Mmkhululine , Vuyelani welche zu Acornhoek in Bushbuckridge gehören.

In der heutigen Zeit dürfen beide Stämme untereinander heiraten. Die Frau hat sich dem Stamm des Mannes unterzuordnen bzw einzugliedern. Das gilt auch für die Sprache und die Erziehung der Kinder und auch die für die Entscheidung in welche Schule die Kinder gehen

MALA MOGODU(TRIPE)RECIPE
Ingredients:
1kg tripe (beef)
water
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons of paprika
salt
Instructions:
Wash and cut your tripe into pieces,Cover tripe with water, bring to the boil and simmer for three hours.
Add onion, , pepper, salt and paprika to taste.
Add more water Simmer for a further 30 minutes until it is are cooked through.
Serve with pap or samp.
